‘The X Factor’ UK final: Andrea Faustini, Ben Haenow rule votes; percentages, more data revealed

The latest news -After tonight’s “X Factor” UK final, the producers of the ITV series did something that we really wish other networks and shows would: Give you a completely-transparent look at the results.

While there is some information that is still coming in, we can say first and foremost that the victory for Ben Haenow tonight was pretty decisive. Over 57% of the votes cast in this episode were for him, and this was significantly ahead of what Fleur East brought in. When Andrea Faustini was eliminated at the top three, he had 22% of the vote to make it to the last round. In this part of the competition, Ben had 45%, which suggests that many of Andrea’s fans may have flocked over to Fleur.

The competition has a whole was pretty predictable with all the results revealed. Ben has been #1 in the voting ever since Week 4, but Andrea Faustini was #1 the first three weeks. He actually had fewer votes than Lauren Platt at the top 4, but the judges sent her home and opted to keep him.

As for some other interesting little details.

1. Fleur East, early in the competition, was actually behind Stevi Ritchie in the voting. She started to slowly rise and get attention around the midway point of the season.

2. Blonde Electra, who decided to lock lips despite being sisters tonight, receive only 1% of the vote the first week, when they were sent home immediately.

3. The week he was sent home, Stevi had more votes than Andrea and Only the Young.

4. Paul Akister was actually in the top 4 of voting for the first three weeks, but still managed to be out before the tour. Did Simon Cowell’s comments hurt him that bad?
