ABC’s ‘Scandal’ season 4, episode 6 preview: Kerry Washington, Tony Goldwyn in ‘An Innocent Man’
If there is one word that we would universally use to describe the story on “Scandal,” it would be “crazy” … and it is only going to get even crazier from here on out based on some of the information that we have at the moment.
The next new installment is “An Innocent Man,” which seems on the surface to be a reference to Jake’s current situation. We also have a feeling that he is the subject of the full synopsis below. Why is it so ambiguous? That is mostly because of the simple fact that this was released before Jake was even arrested in the first place for his alleged crimes.
Just based on the synopsis below, it does look like Kerry Washington and Tony Goldwyn are going to have some incredibly crazy stories moving forward:
“Olivia is summoned by a convicted assassin who claims he was wrongly accused, and Mellie becomes intrigued by a former first lady whose stories seem to be strikingly similar to her own. Meanwhile, Elizabeth inches closer to corrupting the White House and Fitz makes a shocking move.”
In the end, the one thing that we really do hope for from this story is that Jake doesn’t stay locked up in his current confinement for the rest of the season, mostly because this guy is so much more interesting on the outside. Then again, if there is any one person who can save him, it is Olivia Pope. We’ve seen her do that many times now.
