‘Supernatural’ season 10, episode 4 preview: Is Demon Dean gone?
After three episodes into “Supernatural” season 10, is the Demon Dean story really at an end? This may be the biggest surprise to us of all. We knew that this would probably be over before the 200th episode aired, but the last thing that we imagined was that it would be over so quickly. This ultimately feels almost on paper with Castiel as a god when it comes to the amount of hope versus the actual amount of time it was onscreen.
Now that we are seemingly moving forward, the good news for Dean is that we may have something in “Paper Moon” next week that is a little more of a classic storyline. After all, Sam and Dean are back doing what they do best, and we are going to see the return of werewolf Kate to boot.

“A recent string of werewolf attacks points to a surprising culprit – Kate (guest star Britni Sheridan), the werewolf Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) let live.”
This sounds pretty fun to us, even if neither this nor the promo are that revealing. The biggest thing that gives us hope for this episode is the airdate. It’s almost Halloween! This show has done many other great stories around October 31, and we hope that they can do the same here with some great villains and much more at stake.

I’d enjoy seeing demon dean come back and take things to a who new level say cause hell mayhem, let Crawley deal with loosing his “devil” nickname to demonic Dean and Sam return to hell to rescue his brother fighting through all of hells demons like when Dean was in purgatory fighting his way out…now that would be a special episode…or two!! :) think like a director guys. Or maybe have a castiel vs Dean god takes on the devil with sam being killed inot the process and coming back as an angel or a demon or something, let’s liven it up abit here its season 10!!

He still has the Mark of Cain, the mark does not allow its bearer to die, if Dean is killed again, he will likely be brought back as Demon Dean once more, I believe that is what Cas meant by it will cause problems in the future.

I don’t think Dean’s arc is completely over. He still has the Mark of Cain and that is going to continue to cause problems. It wouldn’t surprise me that Demon Dean comes back again by the mid-season finale.

Well, the show has always given Dean the short end of the stick. Why should Demon Dean be any different? He was used as a tease, to get people excited/angry over the summer, and as a hook to sucker people to watch in the fall. So “The Year of The Demon” translates to 3 episodes in Jeremy Carver’s world. I’m not surprised.
