‘Glee’ season 6 spoilers: Big news for Heather Morris, Naya Rivera’s characters coming

At this very moment, what happens between Brittany and Santana on an upcoming “Glee” season 6 episode may be one of the worst-kept secrets out there. After all, just look at the paper trail. First, there was Naya Rivera hyping up a really big scene that many were going to be excited to see online. Then, there was the news that an engagement was coming early on in the final season. Now, we have the following.

According to TVLine, there is going to be something huge for fans of Rivera and Heather Morris’ characters to celebrate in the early going, which suggests to us that you can probably start to put together some of the pieces of this puzzle. It’s clear that these are the two characters who are going to make some longtime fans very happy.

If and when these two get engaged, it’s not necessarily going to mean an end to a struggle for them, given that all couples go through ups and downs. However, it could at least be a sign that a commitment is finally happening for the two, which we have never really had before. Even when they were together previous, there was often something about it that made us feel it could go away at almost any given second.

Now, we just have to sit around and figure out just when this relationship is actually going to get going into high gear again. With the ratings for Fox being pretty awful across the board, we envision that they will probably try to get “Glee” going early in the new year. While its own ratings have been pretty woeful as of late, it is very well possible that there could be some added buzz that comes along with it being the show’s final season.
