ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 7 spoilers: Hints on Stana Katic, Nathan Fillion premiere stories

“Castle” fans have been through a long wait already, and unfortunately, we have to tell you today that this said wait is going to last for a little while longer. Due to ABC’s scheduling with “Forever,” the show will not be starting until Monday, September 29.

Is there a silver lining? We’d say so, given that some have already seen the episode and are happily disclosing a secret or two. TVLine is one of these said outlets, and there are many teasers throughout their report that you will be interested in hearing.

To us, what is particularly interesting is that new showrunner David Amann seems to have been fairly abreast of what many were discussing about from a theory perspective over the summer, as the likes of Bracken and 3XK are each discussed while Beckett (Stana Katic) frantically tries to figure out what has caused Rick (Nathan Fillion) to be taken away right before the couple’s big wedding. Also surprising to us is the notion that someone apparently felt like there may have been doubts somewhere in Rick’s mind about marrying Kate, and maybe that is why he went away.

In the end, the biggest shocker of all is that whoever is responsible for kidnapping Castle may have “unlimited resources,” and that makes them a terrifying threat in the weeks to come. Why on earth someone would want to capture the author is particularly interesting; while he has helped put away numerous bad guys behind bars, we have a feeling that this is not ultimately the reason why he is being targeted right now. We’d imagine that it is most likely a whole lot more complicated than this.
