‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 6 spoilers: A brief Deeks / Kensi tease
“NCIS: Los Angeles” season 5 ended off on a pretty tense note, as we were forced to see some of our beloved cast stranded out on a submarine, seemingly with no way to get off of it.
We’re going to have more on this story as we get closer and closer to the premiere, but for the time being we want to focus on an entirely different question: What comes next with Kensi and Deeks? These two are somehow STILL not together completely, even if they are moving closer to going in that direction.
According to TVLine, this storyline is going to pick up in a different way moving forward. You are going to see more of Eric Christian Olsen and Daniela Ruah’s characters spending time with DEA Agent Talia … just because that went so well the first time. Expect awkwardness, and plenty of it!
With that being said, is it still possible that this story will be closer to being resolved in season 6 than it has been so far, if for no other reason than that with us nearing the seven-season threshold, the show could be coming closer to a home stretch. We understand keeping the “will they or won’t they” dynamic for as long as possible, but the last thing you want to do is have it go so long that you end up not getting any time of the couple actually together.
“NCIS: Los Angeles” will be premiering on CBS on Monday, September 22, which should be interesting to see given that it is the first time it will air full-time without the flagship show as a lead-in.

I agree with everyone. Get it done now. This show starts the 29th not the 22nd and ratings say it is not near the end

I agree with the previous posters. If Deeks and Kensi are going to get together, let it be soon. But more important, let it be done well. No more inane metaphors, no more ridiculous jealousy scenes (and I say this as someone who liked the Talia character), but above all no more of that childish punching. Can they actually have an adult conversation please?

I think personally if they are going to get them together, then do it this season because its been going on for 4 seasons now. If they let it go on for too long people will get annoyed, sick and a bit bored of deeks and kensi playing around in the whole “will they, wont they” situation. Learn from the mistakes NCIS made with “TIVA” they took too long and a lot of fans got sick of it. So NCIS LA writers/producers/directors should get them together this season OR make it very clear this season that they are not going to get together!
