‘Game of Thrones’ season 4, episode 10 (finale) spoilers: The latest on Bran, Meera, and Hodor

Remember Bran Stark, otherwise known as that kid you haven’t seen much of on “Game of Thrones” lately? While he has not received the Rickon treatment and disappeared into the void, he has not exactly been the most present character on the fourth season. The last time we saw him, he was basically traumatizing Hodor and getting him to be a killing machine.

Now, it is starting to appear as though the characters are potentially nearing the end of their journey. One of the stories that has been teased for this episode is that Bran is going to finally understand what his place is, and that is something we are very excited to see given just how little of it there has been so far.

As for Meera and Hodor, right now they feel more like people that are along for the ride and aren’t necessarily destined for greatness in their own right. Of course, Hodor is still a massive fan favorite, and there is really nothing out there that is going to change that in the slightest.

Life around the Wall has certainly been eventful lately thanks to the battle there, and we know that this will continue in a sense courtesy of Jon Snow’s attempts to find Mance Rayder in a last-ditch attempt to preserve the future. He knows at this point that the odds of him surviving all of this madness are basically slim to none, but he still has to try to do just about everything that is at his disposal.
