‘Arrow’ season 2 spoilers: Look who’s returning for ‘Unthinkable’ finale!

Take a look -For the “Arrow” season 2 finale entitled “The Unthinkable,” the show is going to go all out when it comes to guest stars. After all, we’ve just received confirmation that a very familiar face is coming back for this episode.

Per Entertainment Weekly, Katrina Law is poised to reprise her role as Nyssa al Ghul for the last episode of the season, which may be an epic showdown between Team Arrow and the forces being led by Slade Wilson. The last we saw of Nyssa, she returned home to the League of Assassins after failed attempts to bring Sara Lance back into the fold. She also had a romance with Sara at one point, which was one of the show’s larger shockers that made Laurel’s sister the show’s first and only bisexual character to date.

There are presumably a number of other guest stars that could appear in this episode. Summer Glau could feasibly be around as Isabel Rochev / Ravager based on what happens to her Wednesday night, as could Malcolm Merlyn. This will be the episode that sets the stage for more than just the third season of the show; it could also set the stage for “The Flash” spin-off series, which is almost assuredly going to be on the CW fall schedule in a few months. In addition tying up some of the story, we expect at least some sort of minor cliffhanger. It doesn’t really have to be a major one, since the end of season 1 mostly relied on the death of Tommy Merlyn in order to change the stakes for Oliver Queen moving forward.
