‘Continuum’ season 3 premiere: Watch the first ten minutes now!

Continuum -On Sunday night at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time, “Continuum” season 3 returns to Showcase with all-new episodes, and a story that may bend your brain over backwards when it comes to time travel. We’ve seen the entire premiere, and without spoiling too much, let’s just say that the show finds a way to raise the stakes and get even more complicated at the same time. It’s a fast-paced, intense episode, and there is going to be quite a bit in there for you to enjoy.

So why wait until Sunday? Showcase has unveiled the first ten minutes of the premiere online today, and it includes a pair of important elements to get you prepared for everything that is coming up:

1. A quick recap of everything that happened last season, which will help to explain better what is going on now with Kiera Cameron and the Freelancers. (We shudder at the thought of saying “in the present,” given how that means so many different things with this show.)

2. The opening scene of the new season, which will further help explain the photo of Kiera above. We won’t say too much here on the subject, but think of it as a solid foundation for some action-packed stuff to come.

3. You’ll also see a little bit of Alec, and the ramifications that he is going to face after making the choice that he did during the season 2 finale.

We’re going to be your source for all things “Continuum” over the next few days, so be on the lookout for an interview with Rachel Nichols later this weekend, followed soon after by a review of the premiere and a post-mortem with Nichols on some of the crazy stuff that transpires.
