‘Once Upon a Time’ season 3, episode 9 preview: Emma and the fractured Lost Boys

The latest -

After at first appearing to be some sort of close, tight-knit family, we are starting to learn a few things now about the gang of Lost Boys on “Once Upon a Time” that have spent a great deal of their lives following Peter Pan: They are not nearly as devoted to him as they should be when the chips are down. Why is that? Emma has now found a way to make a compelling argument to them as to why their “leader” should be stopped, and she also happens to have the benefit of evidence on her side.

In the new sneak peek video below from Sunday night’s “Save Henry,” you can get a little bit of a better sense as to exactly what we are talking about, as Jennifer Morrison’s character finds herself in a pretty bizarre predicament. She is being forced to try and trust a group of people who were her enemies not so long ago, and there is really not that much of an alternative. If she doesn’t find a way to find Peter Pan, Henry is gone forever.

What will be interesting about the episode Sunday is not just how Emma and the rest of her group manage to bring Henry back from his comatose state; instead, it’s more about how they are going to be able to take down Pan now that he has something that should, at least theoretically, make him immortal. He will be a much harder foe to kill than ever before, and that is saying something given that he was not exactly someone that was easy to vanquish beforehand. There are only three episodes left to do away with him, at least unless the character finds a way to last long enough to go into the second half of this season (which seems unlikely).

Do you think that the Lost Boys, in the end, will be a major factor in helping Emma? Share below, and click here to watch another sneak peek that focuses more on Rumpelstiltskin and Regina.
