2013 CMA Awards: See winners’ list, performances from Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood
Tonight marked the chance for some of country music’s finest to band together for the 2013 CMA Awards, and we are here of course to share at least some of their achievements with a winners’ list. Since we’re a TV site more so than music analysts, we’ll leave some of the major opinion-making for you to make. However, what we will say is that we were particularly surprised by the Entertainer of the Year victory along with a few others along the way.
Oh, and for a bonus treat, take a look at the videos at the bottom of this article to check out some performance highlights of the night courtesy of Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood, who each took the stage. Carrie performed a medley of her four hits from her “Blown Away” album, while Taylor chose instead to take on “Red” accompanied by a few other faces that you should be more than familiar with. Being that Taylor was the second person to ever win the Pinnacle Award, you have to believe that this was a particularly big night for her.
