‘The Mentalist’ season 6 spoilers; When will Red John finally be unmasked?

You have been waiting for this moment for quite some time, but now, it is finally here: The reveal when it comes to who is Red John on “The Mentalist” season 6. November 17 is the date that the villain will be unmasked, and it will be in an episode that carries with it the simple titled of “Red John.” There will be no need to wait any longer, and following this episode, the challenge will be trying to figure out where the show will go from here.

Before we touch on anything else too in-depth, just be sure to read the full synopsis below via CBS:

“Patrick Jane finally comes face-to-face with Red John, the serial killer he’s tracked since the madman murdered his wife and daughter. For 10 years, Jane has doggedly hunted his nemesis in his search for justice.”

Now, here is the issue when it comes to Red John: Trying to make this reveal worth the wait. There is a certain amount of joy that could come with the killer not actually being on the suspect list, but there would also be a fan base that could be infuriated about this. If the killer is actually on the list, the thing to worry about is making sure that they have the motive, the means, and the intelligence to pull this off. There is almost a part of us that wanted to see the Jane vs. Red John battle last for weeks after he is revealed, but we don’t quite think that is going to happen. Once the killer is unmasked, he will be much easier to take down.

So be sure to mark down this date; even if there are football delays, this will be one worth staying up for.
