Big Brother 28 live feed spoilers: Week 2 Veto Ceremony aftermath

The week 2 Veto Ceremony took place earlier today within the Big Brother 28 house — so where does this leave the game going forward?

Obviously, we do believe that we are going to be gearing up for a really interesting next few days, especially since strange decisions are almost the theme of what we are seeing at the moment. Dee and Angela pushed for Lyric to be removed with Devens’ Veto and by virtue of that, this is exactly what he did. Rome is the replacement nominee and he is currently on the block alongside Jason and Melody. One of them will be leaving on Thursday.

So who is in the most danger right now? From where we stand it is clearly Rome, mostly because the bulk of the house wants him gone. However, if he remains on the block versus Jason, there is a universe where Rome, Lyric, and Melody all vote to save him. Meanwhile, Angela clearly wants Jason out because of their blow-up and from there, Rome does have inroads with a few other people in the house. We don’t think the idea of him staying is insane.

What is a little shocking is simply the notion that Devens went along with the idea of removing Lyric, given that he could have used the Veto as an opportunity to build up something big with Melody. Based on the way that Lyric and Rome have spoken about the Survivor alum over at the last 24 hours, we have a hard time imagining that there is any real way to build up that bridge again. At this point, why even try, other than you attempting to appease a couple of allies?
