Fallout season 3 premiere date hopes as filming starts

As so many out there may know already, Fallout season 3 is very much coming to Prime Video — and we have more great news to share along with that!

In a recent post on Instagram, The Ghoul himself in Walton Goggins was happy to confirm that cameras have started to roll on the latest chapter of the video-game adaptation. This is a season that the aforementioned streaming service would love to get on the air at some point next year, and the relatively short turnaround to production starting cements that. By comparison, there are multiple big-budget shows on Apple TV that have had a far longer turnaround.

Are we going to get any specifics on such a date this month, or even for the rest of the summer? That would be lovely but at the same time, we would be stunned in the event that happens. There are just so many other metaphorical boxes that need to be ticked off at the moment with not just Fallout, but everything else on the Prime Video schedule. If we are lucky, we are going to be learning something more a little later in the week.

As for what the story moving forward is going to be…

Well, we know that The Ghoul has a specific objective at this point, as he is going to be working with all of his power to get to Colorado and presumably his family. Meanwhile, we are certainly going to be seeing a lot more of Lucy and Maximus together than what we did back in season 2, presumably with a little more freedom, as well. For now, their story is akin to venturing into a great unknown.
