Love Island USA season 8 episode 21: Casa Amor recoupling results

We knew coming into Love Island USA season 8 episode 21 that there would be the end of Casa Amor and with that, the start of something new. The question was just what the islanders decided to do! The women had a chance to pick one of the new guys but at the same time, there was a chance they could reunite with their original partner from the villa.

The twist? The guys could then spurn them for a different relationship — and that could be heartbreaking.

Jen – For the first time, she was able to choose a man for herself — and she picked Gal! He seems totally her type, and they can build on where things are.

Caleb – He was able to welcome Jaiden over to the villa and for the first time, it seems like he’s in a relationship that could last for him long-term.

Kenzie – There was no chance she’d be going back to Corbin. Yet, there was a moment where we thought she would push for Gal. Yet, she joined up with Dylan!

Corbin – He was booed by just about everyone coming in and really, it produced the biggest drama that we’ve seen all season long. Parmida is his new partner and for now, she’s standing by him.

Kayda – Are we happy for her and Zach? Absolutely, but it’s so bizarre that the show did not even mention that Alannah, who he was tied to in the villa, was effectively kicked off the show.

Melanie – Consider this a moment we absolutely were shouting at the TV. Why couldn’t she have made a different choice? She is back with Sincere, but are the two really going to make this work? We still have a ton of questions…

Trinity – How are we this invested in a reality TV relationship? We love her and Bryce, and we do tend to think that most of America feels the same way. This is the strongest relationship in the villa and it is not even close.

Aniya – This is where things took a real turn for the worse. She had a great Casa connection in Carl, but admitted she was more attracted to KC and in the end, chose him. However, he returned with Tierra, hurting her heart and causing even more problems. (Also, we got Tierra versus Trinity as an unexpected outcome.)
