Avatar: The Last Airbender season 3 premiere date hopes

Following the big launch today of season 2 over at Netflix, is there more we can say regarding Avatar: The Last Airbender season 3?

First and foremost here, we do think it is worth noting that behind the scenes, a lot has already transpired to get the final chapter of this story off the ground! Production has already wrapped and by virtue of that alone, we really think it is up to the stellar folks in post-production to ensure that everything is of the utmost quality before it launches. If you are the streaming service itself, you are also probably aware of the fact that there is no real reason to rush anything along. You have time to properly find a spot for it to air, and we imagine that right now, the top goal is simply making sure that everyone stays excited and engaged with the second season. How can it not be, given that it just aired?

So ultimately, our thinking is that we are going to be seeing the next chapter of The Last Airbender at some point moving into 2027. Would it be great to see it surface before then? Absolutely, but there is very little reason for this show to try and give us multiple seasons of the same big-budget show in a year. This allows them the chance to space out some of their future releases and by virtue of that, give all of us as viewers even more great stuff to anticipate.

Now, we just have to sit back and hope that everyone involved is eager to give us a little more information on the next chapter before we do get around to the end of the year. The more we can set the table, the better off we will be.
