We came into Love Island USA season 8 episode 18 knowing there would be a major twist at Casa Amor — think in terms of twelve new men!

While we certainly think the women deserved the chance to meet all of these guys after what they went through at the end of this past episode. Yet, it was admittedly hard to keep track of all the twelve dudes who turned up on that boat! Luckily, Ariana Madix made it clear that six of the guys would be sent packing soon — and that the women would choose who would end up staying.

So what ended up happening? Well, the women decided as a group as to who to keep — meaning that this was not immediately some sort of coupling. Corey, Chay, Gal, Ronnie, Dylan, and Carl and are sticking around, and the other guys were sent on their way. They all still have an uphill battle when it comes to making long-term bonds with the women, who clearly still have feelings for the men who are over at Casa. (Heck, Aniya and Melanie even admitted that while indicating that they are interested in exploring.)

Our favorite connection, at least for the moment, may be Carl and Aniya. He comes across as very slick and almost professional, which is a strange thing to say about a show like this. She feels like he is an ultimate green flag, so does this mean that KC is finally in big trouble?

Meanwhile, over at Casa…

The guys were still kissing women and figuring out where they stood. Zach did admit to being nervous seeing a lot of the guys arrive on the boat. Bryce, meanwhile, feels like he is not really connecting with anyone.
