Cape Fear episode 4 spoilers: A look ahead at ‘Pierced’

Next week on Apple TV you are going to have a chance to see Cape Fear episode 4 arrive over on Apple TV. So what can we say about it?

Well, first and foremost, let’s just say that “Pierced” is one of those episodes that could take a lot of characters through an emotional whirlwind. Things are going to build for a lot of different characters and of course, it is our general sentiment that it could lead to some shocking places.

Now, of course we know that with this show being based on an established IP, there is a chance that it could hit some familiar beats. (The fact that we saw a cameo already suggests that the producers have no problem leaning into a number of different things.) At the same time, we do think that the show is going to have no problem shifting some things around and finding its own DNA. When you have the talent that you do here, including the likes of Amy Adams and Javier Bardem, you almost have to be willing to move in some different and unexpected directions.

For those who are not aware, this new version of Cape Fear is going to run for ten episodes so with that, the good news is that we do at least have a lot more story to dive into here. Our hope remains that we will see a few surprises by virtue of that closer to the finale. We do have a chance to get to know some of these characters along the way!
