Top Chef: Carolinas episode 14 (finale) spoilers: The last showdown…

We knew that Top Chef: Carolinas episode 14 is going to be the all-important finale and at this point, there are only three chefs left to get the title.
Is there a clear favorite? We honestly don’t think so. Sherry had a narrative for most of the season of being constantly in the middle. However, she’s now peaking and winning at the right time. Laurence has been arguably the most consistently strong the entire season. Rhoda had to go through Last Chance Kitchen, but she was also strong both at the beginning and the end of the competition. What we are trying to say now is that this is a competition that could really go in any direction when the dust settles.

So what is Bravo saying about the Top Chef: Carolinas finale right now? For more on that just take a look at the synopsis below:
The final three chefs are asked to create the best progressive four-course meal of their lives; the finalists must impress an esteemed table of diners, including Hunter Lewis, Editor-In-Chief of Food & Wine magazine; chefs Eric Ferguson, Camari Mick and Nok Suntaranon, and Top Chef alums Sara Bradley, Joe Flamm and Stephanie Izard. At the judges’ table, Kristen, Tom and Gail are joined by chefs Brandon Jew and Val Cantu to determine who will be named the next Top Chef.
This is a pretty big panel of people and because of all that, we do tend to think that we’re going to have a wide array of opinions. We really think that the winner will be based on food quality for sure, but we also imagine that everyone at this point is going to be amazing. That is why we think it could be equally important who comes up with the clearest and most unique vision, as well.
