Lioness season 3 premiere date: A June 2026 update

As we get further and further into the month of June, is there a chance we learn more about Lioness season 3 over at Paramount+?

The first thing that you really should note at this point is that the cast and crew are already done with production. That means that we are really just waiting for 1) the episodes to be edited and 2) some sort of actual date to be revealed. Some of this is due to Paramount trying to find the right spot for the show, and they can ultimately opt to do whatever they want in that regard … even if it is frustrating to think about from our perspective.

Now if we are lucky, we are going to have a chance to see Lioness return at some point moving into the summer, and we honestly would be surprised in the event that there is no date reveal before June wraps up. We tend to think that it makes a lot of sense to bring Zoe Saldana, Nicole Kidman, and the rest of the cast back in July, following the conclusion of Dutton Ranch.

As for what the story could be for the next chapter, admittedly the powers-that-be are not giving too much away about it at this point. We do not imagine that there will be a fundamental shift, though, from what we have seen in the past. In other words, we are preparing for a season that will feature another new mission, potentially a new trainee, and also some higher-ups trying to do whatever they can in order to mitigate the fallout. There is hardly any evidence this is going to be changing as we do move further into the future.
