Sullivan’s Crossing season 4 episode 8 spoilers: All falls apart?

As we look in the direction of Sullivan’s Crossing season 4 episode 8 over on The CW, is it reasonably fair to assume that things are going to keep moving in an emotional direction?
First and foremost, we should really kick off this piece by simply noting that we are very much within the home stretch of the story now. There are three episodes left this season and through that, you have to imagine that there will be more twists, turns, and emotional moments. Given how much of the season as revolved around the Liam story arc, we also do not think that this is going to change. Odds are, he will be a pivot point that could cause a lot of other things to shift and alter themselves over time.

The rift between Cal (Chad Michael Murray) and Maggie (Morgan Kohan) widens as Liam (Marcus Rosner) decides he’s staying at the Crossing. The episode is written by Sherry White and directed by Chris Grismer (#408).
Of course, Liam staying will have some pretty huge repercussions for the rest of the characters, but is there also a chance that he could change his mind? We are at least at the point of the story right now where you can’t rule anything out. Whatever happens at the end of episode 8 is not going to be where things are come the finale; if there is any one thing that we can state with confidence at this particular moment in time, it is this.
