The Way Home season 4 episode 8 spoilers: Figuring out the future

Next week on Hallmark Channel The Way Home season 4 episode 8 is poised to arrive, and we have even more reasons to be emotional. After all, there are only three episodes remaining and within those, it is going to feel inevitably like there are a million different stories to tell! It may be hard to know where to even start with some of the storytelling, other than that we of course recognize what the endgame is for Elliot in regards to Tessa.

We do imagine that this is one of those installments where some answers are going to make themselves apparent — however, we don’t expect all of them. The writers are going to leave some threads dangling for the home stretch and in all honesty, shouldn’t they? Isn’t the point of the series to keep everyone guessing for a little bit longer?

As Kat works to piece together what lies ahead, Elliot tries to learn more about Tessa as he does his best to reconnect with his mom.

We know that a lot of people were disappointed when it was first announced that season 4 of the series was going to be the final one and at this point, a lot of that sentiment may be exacerbated further. We wouldn’t blame anyone who feels like there is far more story left to tell than what the remaining three episodes are going to be able to offer. By virtue of that, it is of course our hope that there could be enough story left over for some sort of revival down the road, even if it remains unclear what it would look like or when it could happen. We just think there is something to supporting a show like this greatly, even after it comes to a close.
