Nobody Wants This season 3 premiere date: A May 2026 update

Is there a chance that we are going to hear more about Nobody Wants This season 3 between now and the end of May? We certainly do not blame anyone who wants the show back at this point, mostly because it is TV escapism at its finest. Also, you may have heard the news already that the latest season is done filming.

So does this mean that the Kristen Bell – Adam Brody series is about to return? Well, let’s just say that there is good and bad news on that front…

The good news to us is that there is a really good chance that you will see the third season this year; however, we are still at a point where it is far too early to anticipate any big announcements. There is no real reason for Netflix to rush anything and that is why we think that an announcement will come later this summer. Meanwhile, Nobody Wants This itself will likely air over the course of the fall.

Now if you do want to get a sense of what is to come, creator Erin Foster indicated to The Hollywood Reporter that there is a very specific romantic arc you are going to have a chance to see:

“It was important to me to show the back half of early romance when things get real and it’s not always a fairytale, but it is a different kind of love story, it’s a different kind of fairytale, which is like the stability and the trusting each other … It doesn’t sound sexy but that is the foundation of a good relationship. So now that that’s established and there’s no more breaking up, there’s no more like running to each other, now it’s like, OK let’s move forward and see what that looks like.”
