Next week on Hallmark Channel you are going to have a chance to dive fully into The Way Home season 4 episode 7 — so is there anything more we can say now?

Well, let’s just start here by noting that this is the part of the series where we really do imagine that things are going to become all the more propulsive. In a way, don’t they have to? There are only going to be four episodes left and within that, we have to build towards some significant revelations. A few of those are going to be tied to Kat and Elliot, and that makes sense given how much of this season has been connected to her past in some sort of significant manner. Yet, we also recognize that a few elements of the story are going to be a little bit deeper, as well.

Our general hope at this point is obviously that over time, we do see more answers, twists, turns, and plenty of surprises … but we also do not anticipate that anything is going to be super-neat or tidy by the time we make it to the end. Why would we anticipate that at all? Life is messy, and we say that even knowing that this show tries to be at least reasonably hopeful a lot of the time. We just want to know that everyone from Kat to Alice to Del finds much of what they are looking for.
