Boston Blue season 2 spoilers: Will Baez move in with Danny?

Judging from what we saw at the end of the Boston Blue season 1 finale over at CBS last night, there is clearly good news for Danny and Baez. The two have firmly committed to each other in a way that is exciting. Not only that, but there have at least been conversations about her moving up to Massachusetts!

So is this about to happen? Let’s just say that the answer there is a little complicated. He needs to get a little more money coming in, for starters, so that he can get a bigger place. There are a lot of variables here, including some of her own family.

With all of that being said, the powers-that-be do seem to at least be eager to look into all of this further. Speaking to TV Insider after the finale, here is at least some of what executive producer Brandon Sonnier had to say:

“We follow the thread that Danny starts at the end of the season by saying they’ve taken it too slow for too long and then inviting her to move in. So yes, she will come to Boston … But we do have to work through the realities of she has a whole life in New York that she sort of needs to unwind from.”

“She has a mom who’s in a professional care facility. She has a daughter. And so all of those things need to be dealt with and sort of figured out and sorted before she can fully commit to living in Boston with Danny.”

Ultimately, we just think that all of these quotes cement further that Baez will have a big role to play in season 2 moving forward, which is exciting for everyone who has wanted her and Danny to be stable and together long-term.
