As you get prepared to see The Way Home season 4 episode 6 on Hallmark Channel next week, what all can we say about the story itself?

Well, first and foremost, it is worth noting that we have reached a pretty emotional spot in the story at this point: We’re halfway there! We tend to think that from here on out, everything is only going to get that much more emotional, and why wouldn’t it, all things considered? We are closer to answers on a number of key stories and within that, close to the series finale that will hopefully give us everything we’ve wanted and then some. We recognize that final seasons are extremely hard to do since everyone has differing expectations on just what should be brought to the table. You can’t please everyone and really, you just have to focus on what feels right to your own audience.

To get a little more insight right now on what the future could hold, check out the full The Way Home season 4 episode 6 synopsis below:

Elliot becomes engrossed with uncovering more of his mother’s secret history and recruits Kat’s help, while Jacob reacclimatizes to life in Port Haven. Stars Andie MacDowell, Chyler Leigh, Evan Williams, Sadie Laflamme-Snow.

Ultimately, we’re glad to have Jacob coming back around the town, given how important he has been to this narrative in a myriad of ways. For Elliot, it obviously makes all the sense in the world that he and Kat work on things together! We know that secrets have been a part of the show over the years, but we are at a point now where it is nice to see some of these characters evolve. We’ll just have to wait and see what the end result here looks like.
