Ted Lasso season 4 premiere date: A spring 2026 update

Is there a reasonable chance we are going to hear more about a Ted Lasso season 4 premiere date between now and the end of the spring? Make no mistake here that it would be wonderful to have it. We have been waiting for so long already, and we do know that filming for this chapter of the story is already done.

Also, there is something more to keep in mind here. Based on what Apple TV has themselves said in the past, the plan is to return to Richmond this summer. Star Hannah Waddingham (Rebecca) has narrowed it down further, suggesting the show is going to return in August. (That has not been confirmed as of yet.)

Based on all the information we have it does feel like we will need to practice a certain measure of patience while waiting for season 4 to arrive, and that is okay. Yet, we do tend to think that at some point between now and the start of the summer, we will get a formal premiere date announcement … and who knows? There is certainly a chance we also get a teaser for what is to come. Much of the next part of the season will be all about Ted helping out the new women’s team, and it would be nice to get to know some of these players on some level. Meanwhile, a number of fan favorites are going to return, whether it be Coach Beard, Roy Kent, Higgins, or Keeley. We imagine that Jason Sudeikis and the rest of the team have a few other surprises planned, as well.

In the end, be patient and, to quote a certain Ted, be curious. We hope that the two two seasons really capture the heyday of the series, which we tend to think comes via the first two seasons.
