Stuart Fails to Save the Universe premiere date: The latest

Is Stuart Fails to Save the Universe one of the most intriguing new shows of the year? We’d say that when it comes to comedies, the Big Bang Theory spin-off is certainly intriguing.
After all, this is the only series set in that universe to presumably take place after the events of the original sitcom. However, early signs suggest that it could have some sort of science-fiction premise tied in, which means you can always sit back and debate on how canon any of it is. The main goal here is simply going to be to make everyone laugh, and we do at least hope there’s a chance that we see some surprise familiar faces turn out in some capacity.

Here is the official logline for the series, if you are not currently aware:
Comic book store owner Stuart Bloom is tasked with restoring reality after he breaks a device built by Sheldon and Leonard, accidentally bringing about a multiverse Armageddon. Stuart is aided in this quest by his girlfriend Denise (Lapkus), geologist friend Bert, and quantum physicist/all-around pain in the ass Barry Kripke. Along the way, they meet alternate-universe versions of characters we’ve come to know and love from ‘The Big Bang Theory.’ As the title implies, things don’t go well.
When will it premiere?
Well, in a new interview with Deadline, Amy Gravitt, EVP, HBO Programming, Head of HBO & Max Comedy Series, had the following to say about where things stand:
We’re just starting to see cuts, it will be out later this year. It’s a really fun show. It’s been fantastic to see Chuck be able to play with these characters, but also, at the same time, play with genre. We’re actually really excited about it. It’s fun and cinematic and exactly what you would want from a spinoff.
