P-Valley season 3 premiere date: A February 2026 update

At this point in 2026, the status of P-Valley season 3 may be one of the most mysterious (and frustrating) in all of television.

After all, consider the fact that season 2 aired all the way back in 2022. Meanwhile, filming for the latest season wrapped back in November 2024. This is not a show like Stranger Things or House of the Dragon where there is a lot of CGI work. Why are we still waiting?

Well, to look at everything when it comes to the show’s future you have to consider Starz first and foremost. This is a network that has historically held onto shows a long time after they’ve wrapped production. A good example of this is the upcoming final season of Outlander, or really anything within the Power franchise. We do think that P-Valley is coming this year, and it is really just a matter of finding the right spot. For now, April or May feels like the absolute earliest we could see it back.

As for whether the network wants to announce it this month, we are at a point where we consider that to be a legitimate toss-up. Of course, it would be wonderful in the event we got some other news. Yet, at the same time it feels almost foolish to sit here and call it a guarantee. This is one of those series where you can predict premiere-dates for over the course of several months and feel foolish every single time at the end. This is really just all about whatever the powers-that-be want, and we hope that whenever some more plans are actually finalized, there is going to be a hardcore promotional campaign behind it. We do not want to see a series as meaningful as this one to get lost in the shuffle, which can be easy to do within just a competitive landscape at this point.
