‘Big Brother 15’ live feed spoilers: Aaryn, Amanda, and editors

What has been amazing about binge-watching the “Big Brother 15” live feeds tonight (basically the perfect writing companion) is all about perception: What people think of themselves, think of others, and then perceive what America will think of them based on what is going to be shown on the individual episodes. This is part of what makes this show so fascinating, and also deceptive, because Allison Grodner and the editors can do what they want to influence the viewers who don’t check out the live feeds, which still make up a pretty-hefty percentage of the audience.

One of the biggest things that we are curious to see on Sunday’s show is the edit of Aaryn. From the live feeds, she doesn’t come across that well. She spends much of her time cuddling with David, talking about her career, and also annoying pretty much everyone in the opposing alliance. Not only that, but there were even accusations of racism thrown her way after Elissa told Amanda that she was making fun of Asian people. At one point tonight, she was even compared to Regina George from “Mean Girls.”

But who knows? She could be painted to look like the next Jordan Lloyd, and if the producers want to keep the game unpredictable, they could fight to try and edit someone positively to get the MVP and shake up the game. Then again, this would also turn the entire game into a cluster-you-know-what of choppy storylines.

Ever since the Veto Ceremony, there has not been much in the way of substantial alliance conversation. David is not making any move to save himself, likely because he doesn’t think that he really needs to. Meanwhile, everyone is so annoyed by the pair of showmances (David / Aaryn and Jeremy / Kaitlin) that they are ready to see some of them go. Personally, we just want to ship away all of the people clueless about the game back to their own houses without the prize money. (We’re looking at you, Jeremy and Candice!) Amanda did cry about being told by McCrae that people are gunning for her in the house, and David has managed the rare talent of flashing his “equipment” to the cameras twice in a single day.
