‘True Blood’ season 6 spoilers: Who’s open to a return?

If there is one thing that we have become very aware of when it comes to “True Blood” over the years, it’s that being “dead” hardly means anything at the end of the day. Some characters come back as vampires, others come back in visions, and there are also the few occasional characters that seem to nearly die time and time again, only to later find some sort of miraculous way to survive.

In the case of Jesus, what we are seeing is a character that did pass away, but has had an opportunity to actually come back in some shape or form already courtesy of Lafayette. After all, it does certainly help the longevity of a character when your love interest is a male witch, and also has not moved on from you since the time of your death.

So is Kevin Alejandro down for a repeat performance as the character in the upcoming sixth season? It sure seems like it. Speaking in a new interview with Wetpaint, here is what the actor had to say:

“Oh, absolutely, man, anytime! Anytime. I enjoyed that show so much, I would absolutely go back.”

Of course, the real mystery now comes in trying to find a perfect way to implement Jesus back into the storyline, but given the way in which Lafayette speaks with him already, we have a feeling that this won’t be too hard of a job if the writers want to go down this road again.
