‘Big Brother Canada’ live feed spoilers: Topaz and the locket
It’s been a little while now since last night’s “Big Brother Canada,” so we’ve had some time to recover from our emotional rage of having seen someone leave the house without getting a chance to play in the Power of Veto or really campaign for their survival. Now, we’re getting a chance to focus on what has been one of craziest stretches of time ever on the live feeds.
So just what have we seen unfold? Quite a bit, really. While it seems as though Andrew wis not going to use the Power of Veto and will instead keep the nominations the same, there are still those fighting for a different outcome. For example, Emmett is still a target for many people in the house, and Andrew does have an opportunity to make a big move in the game and put him up. Ultimately, though, we don’t really see this happening given that we’re no quite sure that the votes would even be there for him to leave over Topaz or Gary.
In speaking of Topaz, boy, did she ever spiral out of control last night courtesy of a story about a locket that she tried to use as a defense mechanism. We didn’t see the original story about it, but apparently she told Jillian and Talla that it was from an ex-boyfriend as a way to not get her heart broken in the game. Alec eventually found out about it, and then he and Gary each became varying stages of an emotional mess. Gary yelled at Topaz for really the first time all game, accusing her of basically trying to hurt people who cared about her by lying to them. (Apparently, the locket is actually just from her sister.)
We really don’t think that a locket is really going to be the determining factor in whether or not Topaz stays or goes, though. Gary will probably be taken out just because he’s the bigger competition threat and would get votes in the game. There’s really no way that Topaz will win this season in a million years.
