‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ season 5, episode 18 review: Porsha takes a pregnancy test

On this week’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” when Porsha gets home from Las Vegas her husband finds the  pregnancy test that the girls gave her and she goes into the bathroom to take it. It comes up negative and as she and her husband talk more about babies, they both realize that they are not on the same page about babies at all and he feels that she’s not actually ready for one.  He asks Porsha if she wants a career or a baby (because she has to chose only one we suppose) and she feels she should be able to do both. She talks to him about how the other housewives think that he’s too controlling over her and he says that he is in control, but not controlling (whatever that means).

Peter throws a charity event and even though Walter is no longer with Kenya, he’s made an impression on the men and Peter invites him to the party (and Kenya’s coming as well.) Kenya and Walter managed to avoid each other and she checks out early which is good because Walter starts to say some pretty rude things about her.  Before Kenya leaves she talks to Phaedra hoping to make peace with her and the ladies hash things out once and for all.  Kenya invites Phaedra (and all the other ladies) to a costume ball she’s throwing and everyone seems excited to go.

The next day Cynthia meets up with Kenya to hang out and Kenya admits to her that she and Walter never actually slept together and at one point asked him if he was gay.  The relationship always seemed a little strange, but now that the details of their romance are starting to come to the surface things are beginning to make a little more sense.

Kandi has her housewarming party and everyone loves what she’s done with her home – Walter is of course invited to this party as well by the guys.  He finds out that Kenya has tried to claim that Walter is gay and that’s really why their relationship went no where and he’s ready to tell her off when she shows up.  When Kandi tells Kenya that Walter is at the party she is ready to tell him off too – unfortunately we’ll have to wait until next week to see how it all unravels!
