‘Pretty Little Liars’ finale spoilers: Trying to find the words
With every season finale (or even midseason finale) for “Pretty Little Liars,” we always have something that ends up changing the course of the series. Back at the end of season 2, for example, there was the revelation that Mona was “A,” and last summer it was learning that Toby was also in on the plan.
So what is going to happen next? While we can’t say too much about the death and some of the romantic plotlines that are going to play out here (mostly because this is really one of those times when it is much better to be surprised), we do have now a very interesting three-word teaser about the episode via executive Oliver Goldstick to TVLine: “haunting, mind-blowing, smoldering.”
Obviously, these three words were used for a very specific reason, with the second one being the most obvious in that this episode is thoroughly designed to leave you on the edge of your seat and hungry for more. The “haunting” portion is interesting, but it does go along with the fervent speculation that we are going to see a ghost from the past show up in some shape or form. (Remember, the title for the season 4 premiere is “A is for A-l-i-v-e”). “Smoldering” is perhaps the most interesting of all, mostly since it is the word that you would frequently use to describe the bad boy on the motorcycle that you know you want to be with, even though every single thing in your mind suggests that it is a pretty horrible idea.
What do you think that some of these words mean? Be sure to share all of your theories below, and you can check out some more finale scoop all about Spencer Hastings by heading on over to the link here.
