‘Shark Tank’ preview: ‘Lose 12 inches with any 12 workouts’ put to the test
If there is one thing that “Shark Tank” investors probably know pretty well four season into this show, it is the health industry. After all, we have seen everything from “balance” bracelets, energy drinks with protein, vegan food, and a surfing-based workout enter the tank in hopes of making it big with the exposure that the show provides. Of the group we mentioned, though, SURFSET Fitness is probably the only one that has left some sort of lasting impression for us.
However, a rodeo cowboy by the name of Ryan Ehmann is trying to change that with a program that he calls “Lose 12 inches with any 12 workouts.” When you have a specific goal in mind and want to attract customers, this will probably do it; however, once you see this guy’s personality, shouldn’t he try to put “cowboy” somewhere in there?
In watching the preview featuring Ehmann from Friday night’s new episode, it is hard to really know just what we think about the product. We don’t know the sales, we don’t know the consumer base, and we certainly don’t know the science behind this to know whether or not the cowboy’s plan works for everyone. All we know is that this Texas-sized personality is probably not going to appeal to everyone. This is the sort of high-energy person that we just could not see too many sharks wanting to work with, mostly because this business seems almost about him as much as it is the product. Kevin O’Leary is notorious for hating that, arguing that the business goes under the moment that the face of the product gets “hit by a bus.”
What do you think: is this product intriguing, or does the idea of this guy’s personality alone turn you off to what he is selling? If you want to read about some more “Shark Tank” highlights this season, be sure to head on over to the link here.

I would be attracted to this workout because of what this man over came, his challenge is similar to my own and he believe in it to the point that there is no saying no….it just is because he did it and can help anyone that want to too….His spirit energy is his passion, not a gimmick….just real and free energy for those that feel it….
