‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9 spoilers: More struggles for Ellen Pompeo to play
Why is it that no pregnancy on a Shonda Rhimes series can go without some sort of major complication? We have no idea, but it goes without saying that the pain and suffering for Ellen Pompeo’s Meredith is far from over on “Grey’s Anatomy” season 9, and she is set to endure so much more before season 9 officially comes to a close.
With that in mind, we present to you the official synopsis for “Idle Hands,” which is going to be the second episode back for the show following its brief hiatus. It will air on March 21, and will feature some more pregnancy problems for Dr. Grey along with a pair of other stories that we have heard about throughout this season. Not only are the doctors going to have to get used to their new status as owners, but Callie and Arizona will once again be dealing with some intimacy issues:
“As the hospital continues to make positive changes under the new management, the doctors begin to realize that owning a hospital comes with its own set of problems and responsibilities. Meanwhile, Meredith worries about the wellbeing of her unborn baby, Callie and Arizona try to get the spark back in their relationship, and Alex gives Jo’s new boyfriend a run for his money.”
Will these three stories be resolved by the time season 9 comes to an end? We’re better that the answer here is yes, if for no other reason that Meredith won’t stay pregnant for the entire summer, and Calzona finally getting back together physically would be a great representation of just how far they have really come since the plane crash.
Do you wish that there was a pregnancy on “Grey’s Anatomy” that was a little less problematic for a change? If you want to hear what Jesse Williams has to say on the future for his character of Dr. Jackson Avery, you can do so by heading on over to the link here.
