‘Glee’ season 4 spoilers: What Naya Rivera, Lea Michele are singing in ‘Diva’

Naya RiveraAs you may know already, next Thursday’s new episode of “Glee” is going to be an enormously important one for one Santana Lopez as she is forced to make some pretty life-altering decisions. What will those be? We have to stay mum on that subject for now, but what we can tell you is that “Diva” is going to be a musical showcase for Naya Rivera like no other (which is especially welcome given how little of Santana we have seen in recent weeks).

When it comes to solo numbers alone, Santana will be taking on the Ike & Tina Turner hit “Nutbush City Limits” to go along with “Girl on Fire” by Alicia Keys. Just to sweeten the deal even more, we also know that she will perform the Barbra Streisand hit “Make No Mistake (She’s Mine)” alongside a certain someone in Chord Overstreet (Sam), and you can probably guess just who they are singing this one about.

As for some of the other music from this episode, it includes the following:

-Blaine (Darren Criss) performing Queen’s “Don’t Stop Me Now”

-All of New Directions taking on Beyonce’s “Diva”

-Rachel (Lea Michele) and Kurt (Chris Colfer) singing “Bring Him Home” from “Les Miserables,” which is more than interesting considering Michele’s own history with the musical

-Madonna’s “Hung Up,” performed by Tina (Jenna Ushkowitz)

Yes, this is a rare episode in which every single solo is performed by someone who has at least been around since season 2 of the show. It’s a pretty eclectic list, and all of the artists being covered here shared some commonality when it comes to them all being big-time divas.

Which one of these songs are you the most excited about, and do you like the entire list as a whole? Be sure to share your thoughts below, and you can read some more news when it comes to Brittany and Sam at the link here.
