‘Game of Thrones’ season 3 spoilers: Emilia Clarke talks on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’

It’s not often that we get an opportunity to see someone from the world of “Game of Thrones” on a late-night talk show, so with that in mind we have to celebrate the appearance by Emilia Clarke this week, who showed off a great sense of humor about the show and also shared a little bit of insight behind the scenes.

Some of you may know already that Clarke got the job of Daenerys Targeryan straight out of drama school, but people new to her story will likely appreciate hearing about both this and her story about how her family reacted to watching some of her more-undressed scenes during the first half of season 1. She also warned her family that there may be even more of this coming up during a season 3 after a year or so off.

In the second part of the video, Clarke teased that we are going to see more fighting courtesy of her character, and she also opened up about what it was like to eat that “horse heart” that was a huge moment on the show in the past. She explained that it tasted almost like a “gummy bear,” and it was so sticky that after filming a scene, she accidentally got stuck to the toilet. Her final story was unrelated to the show, but it’s still interesting to hear about why she got into a fight with a certain “lady of the night” while in Vietnam.
