Chicago PD season 7 episode 10 return date hopes over on NBC
Earlier tonight, we learned that both Chicago Med and also Chicago Fire will be going off the air until January 8, and it’s fair to say that the same will be said here. Chicago PD is going to continue to be a part of this lineup, and we don’t think that NBC is going to shift these shows away from each other. They all perform so well in the ratings, week in and week out, and we foresee all of them sticking around for a good while longer.
So what is going to be coming up when Chicago PD returns? We’d say that, first and foremost, unraveling the Jay Halstead story tonight is key. There will be some intense, pressing cases, and of course some interesting relationship moments at the same time. We remain curious to learn what will happen next for Burgess and Ruzek, and also if there are some other shake-ups within the world of Intelligence as a whole.
We’re sure that there will be a batch of episodes airing this winter and, after that, there will be more new episodes coming up this spring.
What’s the primary order of business when the show does return? Think in these oh-so-simple terms — learning whether or not Jay Halstead survives! That was the focus of the promo following the episode tonight, and even if he does, there’s still going to be a chance that he has to incur some other pain courtesy of Angela’s promises to project out everything that he did. Jay had the best of intentions helping Angela out, but he got in over his head in a situation that he shouldn’t have been part of in that way.
