Legacies season 2 episode 5 promo: Lizzie and Hope’s time trouble
Out of all of the people to remember Hope, it’s rather fun that it’s Lizzie. The two haven’t always had the closest relationship, but there’s a great back-and-forth that the two have and seeing the two work together here is going to be essential to deepening their relationship.
As for what the story of this episode is going to be, think in terms of watching these two characters fight in order to ensure that they don’t end up being permanently trapped in what is some sort of strange, time-loop sort of labyrinth where there is some sort of shocking threat on their trail. They’re seemingly stuck in the eighties, or at least under the illusion of it, and this will be fun seeing how the two of them get out.
On the other side of whatever is going on with Hope and Lizzie here, we’re sure that this could lead to eventually, some other people coming to remember both who Hope is and also where she fits into the larger world. There are also questions that come along with that within the relationship that exists between Josie and Landon. Depending on what Landon remembers, there’s a lot that could change when it comes to their future … and there are already a number of different details out there already in regards to some trials that the two are going to be dealing with inside this episode.
So, in the end, Legacies season 2 episode 5 seems eager to bring you almost everything that you would expect from another fun episode of this show — think along the lines of a new threat, a little bit of romance, and some reveals that could shake up the series’ overall mythology in a big way. We’re still early in the season and with that, there is time for a lot of things to change.
