Grey’s Anatomy season 16 episode 3 spoilers: Tom Koracick, Owen drama!

We don’t think that it’s going to be some epic, jaw-dropping surprise that there is tension coming on Grey’s Anatomy season 16 episode 3 between Tom Koracick and Owen Hunt. How could there not be? Just think about what happened with the two characters at the end of season 15! It looks as though Teddy is choosing to be with Owen and based solely on what we know right now, it’s fair to think Tom will be upset about this. What we have here is a guy who is hurt, and he may be looking to channel that pain. Tom’s going to have a larger role in the hospital this coming season … and that is bad news for Owen Hunt.

“Reunited” – With new restrictions, Meredith tiptoes the line of protocol as she helps Jo with a difficult procedure from afar; and Koracick makes things challenging for Owen at Grey Sloan. Meanwhile, a patient at the hospital is brain-dead after falling into a construction site, and her two sisters must decide whether or not to keep her alive, on “Grey’s Anatomy,” THURSDAY, OCT. 10 (8:00-9:01 p.m. EDT), on ABC. Episodes can also be viewed the next day on ABC.com, the ABC app and Hulu.

As previously reported, this episode is going to feature an appearance from Holly Marie Combs and Alyssa Milano as the two sisters — that’s going to be an emotional story that constitutes a great deal of the arc within this episode, but it’s far from the only story. Let’s also remember this — Meredith could have her job back within this episode, or at the very least be closer to it. Meredith could also have her job back with more conditions on it, which is why she may need to “tiptoe” the line in order to get what she wants with Jo.

All in all, these details make it clear that in the early going for season 16, Grey’s Anatomy is looking to bring great stories to pretty much all characters.
