Bachelor in Paradise 2019 video: Is Tayshia interested in Derek?
In the video below from this upcoming episode, you can get a good sense of some of what we mean here. After all, you see what is effectively the aftermath of one of the most dramatic splits of the season in Derek and Demi. Based on what Tayshia tells Kristina, it does feel like a connection that could happen. She claims that she was interested in Derek earlier on this season, but that the two of them ended up being pulled apart following what happened with Demi and Derek’s relationship. Tayshia herself has been preoccupied getting to know John Paul Jones a little bit more, but the fact that he’s talking to other women in this episode and Tayshia’s thinking about Derek suggests that it may not be too serious for either one of them. Not every Paradise fling is destined to be an engagement or some epic romance!
As for whether or not an epic romance blossoms between Tayshia and Derek, we’ll just have to see — we just remember from earlier on in the season that there were previews showing John Paul Jones getting visibly upset over something related to Derek. As for what that said “something” is, we’ll get a clearer sense of it when that part of the story airs. There’s no guarantee that it will be this week, given that there is a wide array of stuff that is coming up and some of it may develop over time.
