What lies ahead on Queen of the South season 4 next week? Let’s just say that it’s the most important episode of the season. It’s the finale! This is where the rubber meets the road, the stuff hits the fan, and whatever sort of idioms that you want to throw out there. This is going to be one of the most important episodes of the entire series since whatever happens here could set up another season … provided that one gets officially renewed. We’ve already seen just how hesitant USA seems to be to confirm anything, one way or another, when it comes to the future of the show.

Teresa must solidify a new business deal to take down an enemy – but an unexpected visitor arrives.

It’s true that this doesn’t exactly give a whole lot away, but it doesn’t really need to. More than anything, what we’re aware of entering the next new episode is that characters could die, Teresa may need to change up her business operation all over again, and there could be some reasons to have your jaw hanging on the ground by the end of all of this. This is a series that wants to keep you hooked, and wants to come up with some more innovative ways to keep you excited. Let’s just hope now that they continue to do that through the finale and whatever else the future holds.

Also, if you have to kill someone off, can it not be one of the main characters? We don’t need to see some more dramatic deaths as we get to the end of the road this season … though we of course don’t have much control over that.

The promo below gives you a good sense of some of the craziness to come — think in terms of an arrival from the past, and then also some epic, violent twists. Can Teresa find herself in such a position of power where none of these people can thwart her anymore?
