‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 5: Ryan Hurst lands first role since [spoiler]

If you love Ryan Hurst, then you will find what we are about to say to be some rather great news: he has just found himself a new place to shine following his rather tragic exit on “Sons of Anarchy” earlier this year. The best news? He is not going to be going far away from the network that has boosted his career so far.

According to a new report from Deadline, Hurst is going to be making an appearance on the upcoming FX series “King & Maxwell,” where is going to be playing the character of Edgar, who is a suspected killer in prison who also suffers from autism. It is going to be another meaty role for Hurst, but what is a little unclear at the moment is just whether or not this is going to be a recurring, guest-starring, or a regular role. (Plus, this series is still so early on that anything could change.)

In case you want to know some more about the actual series, it revolves around two former secret service agents who also happen to be private eyes. We are not sure whether or not this show will be a procedural or a serial, but we have faith in FX regardless given the quality of content that they have presented us over the years. Plus, we love their tradition of working with the same actors across a number of their shows.
