Lethal Weapon season 3 episode 15 spoilers: First finale details!
We don’t have to tell you that Lethal Weapon season 3 episode 15 is important. After all, we’re talking about the finale! This could end up being the final episode of the series, depending on what the ratings are, so the writers had to figure out precisely how they want to wrap things up. There is one course of action suggesting that you could try to deliver an epic cliffhanger here, hoping that this drives enthusiasm for a season 4. Meanwhile, you also could argue that the writers should tie up most loose ends, mostly as a means of ensuring that there’s a fitting end no matter what Fox decides.
What we know for now is that for the season 3 finale, which is entitled “The Spy Who Loved Me,” is meant to deliver both some incredible personal and professional revelations for Cole and Murtaugh. The former is going to have to sift through his feelings for Natalie right before she gets married; meanwhile, the latter is going to have to figure out whether or not he even trusts his partner in the midst of an intense FBI investigation. For those wondering, you will be seeing more of Barnes in this episode, a guy who certainly has a shady view of morality.
For a few more details now as to what’s coming, CarterMatt has the official Lethal Weapon season 3 episode 15 synopsis below:
When Cole is investigated by the FBI, Murtaugh is forced to question his loyalty to his own partner. Meanwhile, Cole works a case that puts Natalie’s fiancé, Andrew, into the crosshairs right before their wedding day in the all-new “The Spy Who Loved Me” season finale episode of LETHAL WEAPON airing Tuesday, Feb. 26 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (LET-315) (TV-14 L, V)
Could this be Damon Wayans’ final episode, even if the show’s renewed?
This has been a hot topic for months, ever since Wayans gave an interview last fall stating that he wanted to leave the Fox series over its long hours and filming challenges. Yet, since that time he agreed to do two additional episodes beyond the initial thirteen, and earlier this month at TCA Fox’s head Charlie Collier seemingly suggested that Wayans is now in lockstep with producers when it comes to the future of the series. We feel like this is something that we’ll hear more about in the months ahead, but reports are that production made some changes to better accommodate Damon after he spoke out.
