Celebrity Big Brother 2 live feed spoilers: Ricky vs. Tom (day 10, morning)

So what’s the big reason for the drama now? Blame Ricky Williams and Tom Green. Ricky’s had a recent tendency to rub certainly people the wrong way, and this may be in part due to his desire to try to stir the pot this season. These guys are two of the more interesting players this season, mostly in that both of them have a decent grasp on strategy and are fairly self-aware as to what they’re doing. They’re both shifty in some ways and very smart.
What happens when Ricky needles Tom, and tells him things like he doesn’t want to have an alliance name for a group consisting of himself, Kato Kaelin, and Tom? It sets Tom off and unnerves him, which is probably what Ricky wants. He wants to have him paranoid, since this means he has a greater sense of control in the house. In the aftermath of Ricky subtly needling Tom most of yesterday (mostly about small things) plus the alliance name debacle, Tom did try to push for keeping Jonathan Bennett to a number of different people. It wasn’t so much about evicting someone specific, but he just wanted to keep someone with a positive energy in the game. There was also a little bit of talk about trying to get him and Kato to work with Jonathan, Ryan Lochte, Lolo Jones, and Natalie Eva Marie as a strong six-person alliance. There are some interesting pairs in the game, and in a world where Tamar Braxton and Kandi Burruss could put their issues aside, it would actually benefit them to have a secret alliance since no one would expect it.
Other news worth noting
Last night, we did see Ryan and Jonathan try to shore things up with Lolo and Natalie, who are understandably upset about the fact that they felt left out of a lot of the decisions that were made over the week. Also, they weren’t picked to play in the Veto Competition in a way in which they felt that they should be. We don’t think that this is really worth saving, but kudos to Jonathan for trying to campaign, even if he doesn’t realize the actual level of danger that he is.
