NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 episode 14 return date: The ‘Smokescreen’ story

The reason for the delay is fairly simple here: Next week is the AFC Championship Game. CBS is preempting most of their typical primetime lineup for football, and because of that NCIS: Los Angeles will resume on Sunday, January 27. This episode in itself it probably going to be the last one for at least a little while, given that on the other side of that are the Super Bowl and then the Grammys. (If you’re a diehard NCIS: Los Angeles viewer, there’s a good chance that you’re familiar with some of this stuff already given that it has a tendency to happen almost every year.)
So will the story for the next new episode, entitled “Smokescreen,” prove to be worth the wait? That’s something that we have to wait and see. Below, CarterMatt offers up some more information when it comes to NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 episode 14 and what’s coming up:
“Smokescreen” – The NCIS team partners with the FBI to locate a terrorist cell in Los Angeles believed to be prepping for an imminent attack, on NCIS: LOS ANGELES, Sunday, Jan. 27 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
This episode should prove itself more or less to be one of the most intense ones in the season, mostly because you are talking about some extremely high stakes. We do hope that there’s something a little bit personal mixed in there for the characters. If this is the last episode for a few weeks, shouldn’t there be something good that helps us to remember it a little bit more? We know that there are some familiar faces in the guest cast, including Ochoa, but the involvement of them in some of the main stories remains to be seen.
In looking beyond this episode, there are certainly a number of interesting things we’d like to see in between the Deeks – Kensi wedding, some sort of update on Callen and Anna, and of course hoping for the return of Hetty after she’s been gone for the entirety of this season so far.
