Midnight, Texas season 2 finale spoilers: The quest to save the town

Are you ready for the Midnight, Texas season 2 finale to arrive on NBC in one week’s time? Well, be prepared for something really intense. The title for this episode is “Yasss, Queen,” and that may be enough to make you laugh; yet, the story itself is enough to make you a little bit concerned as to what’s going to happen to some of your favorite characters. This is when all cards are on the table, and this is with the Midnighters realizing that time really is of the essence. The two is in danger and unless they make some sort of move quickly, they may never be able to get back what they’ve lost.

Below, the Midnight, Texas season 2 finale synopsis offers up just a little bit more information as to what’s coming:

12/28/2018 (08:00PM – 09:00PM) (Friday) : With Midnight, Texas now under the rule of Dark Witches, the surviving Midnighters must band together in one last, desperate attempt to save their town.

Will this be the final episode of Midnight, Texas as a whole? This is obviously a question that we don’t want to think about, mostly because we do want to remain immersed in the story and not think as much about the elements that are out there out of anyone’s control. Yet, simultaneously it’s rather hard to completely ignore the fact that the ratings for season 2 are down and we don’t want to be blindsided with a cancellation down the road. It’s better off to just assume that this could be the final episode of the series, mostly because you don’t know what the future holds and you may want to judge the finale as a possible end to the series.

It’s with this in mind that we offer up the following: We hope that there is at least a little bit of closure to the story. Maybe you can leave a small cliffhanger up in the air, but can you imagine a devastating ending without any sort of resolution on the other side of it? It’s not the easiest thing in the world to imagine in advance of the finale airing.

Nonetheless, let’s go into this final episode of Midnight, Texas in 2019 with some excitement. After all, it’s going to be dangerous, action-packed, and hopefully what most diehard viewers have been yearning to see.
