The Voice season 16, Good Girls season 2, World of Dance season 3 premiere dates revealed

Want to know premiere dates for The Voice season 16, plus also Good Girls season 2 and also World of Dance season 3? Well, we’ve got some information on that very subject within!

Let’s kick things off here with news on The Voice season 16, which after its typical hiatus is going to be airing on Monday, February 25 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time and then also the following day on February 26. John Legend is joining the coaching panel for the first time, where he will be joined by Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and Kelly Clarkson. This will mark Clarkson’s third straight season on the coaching panel; Blake and Adam, meanwhile, have been a part of the show since the very beginning.

One thing that is worth noting is that for much of March and early April, The Voice will only air on Monday nights; the series will resume Tuesday airings a little bit later in the season, after the conclusion of the new season of Ellen’s Game of Games.

As for some other notable premiere dates…

Good Girls season 2 – The comedy / drama hybrid series, which stars Christina Hendricks among others, is going to return with a new episodes on Sunday, March 3 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern time. This isn’t exactly the ideal timeslot given that this is where Timeless struggled in the live ratings next year. Then again, at least it’s coming back on the air? We’ll see how it fares.

World of Dance season 3 – After finding some success in the summer the past two years, the Jennifer Lopez-led NBC series is going to be airing starting on Tuesday, February 26 at 9:00. Yet, that time is only temporarily, as starting on March 3 it will air at 8:00 p.m. Eastern. This is just a way in which to get the show off to a good start following The Voice before (gulp) trying to make it compete against American Idol over on ABC.

The Enemy Within – The new series starring Jennifer Carpenter is going to air starting on Monday, February 25, where it will follow up The Voice at 10:00 p.m. Eastern. It will be premiering after Manifest wraps up its own run on the air.

The Village – Finally, this new drama, which is set in Brooklyn around people who find themselves linked up, is going to be premiering on Tuesday, March 12 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern. Following the conclusion of This Is Us, it will shift down and air at 9:00 p.m. following Ellen’s Game of Games / The Voice.

Basically, all signs point towards NBC having a rather-robust schedule the rest of the way, and we’ll of course be excited to cover all of these shows the moment that we get an opportunity to do so.
