NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 episode 12 return date: ‘The Sound of Silence’

After tonight’s fall finale, we have now learned that the series is going to be coming back to CBS on Sunday, January 6 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time. This first episode back does have the makings of being somewhat fun, and the title here is “The Sound of Silence.” (Of course, we firmly do expect everyone out there to think immediately of Simon & Garfunkel upon reading this.)

“The Sound of Silence” – After the chief of logistics for a naval weapons station collapses on the job, the NCIS team must determine if this is a terror threat or a stress-induced breakdown. Also, Kensi and Deeks research different honeymoon locations, on NCIS: LOS ANGELES, Sunday, Jan. 6 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
The case for this episode does appear as though it’s going to be extremely high-stakes and intense. Yet, it’s rather hard to really tease that in comparison to what we know we’re getting elsewhere when it comes to Deeks and Kensi. This is a more-defined storyline featuring characters we already know and love, and there is some potential here for the series to start to come close to paying off a story that has been in the works a really long time with the two of them.
Of course, we should note here that giving us a little bit more information on the honeymoon, by no means, guarantees that we are going to get a chance to see a wedding at some point in the reasonably-near future after that. For the time being, the main thing that we’re hoping is just that this episode can help to really get the ball rolling when it comes to the ceremony and remind some viewers out there that it’s still happening. (Our personal feeling at this point is that the finale is the perfect time to have the wedding. It gives you something to look forward to and it’s culminating the entire season with something that has been a rather-long time coming.)
